Nilneas - town. The current goal is to complete this town so it is polished and could function as a small standalone.

Concept:
We need a concept for this town. Background: this town is a peaceful coexistence between the Han and Suado. The town should reflect this in its history, look/feel, layout, architecture, and infrastructure.
Concept Intro:
Once inhabitated solely by Suado people who existed on agriculture and game, Nilneas has become more and more populated by the Han. When the Han's great cities fell and Vertisa was built, the Han began to populate the town. They saw profit in the land and in the Suado people's lack of technology. As more and more Han began immigrating, the Suado either left to return West or embraced Vertisan culture, with it's capitalistic ideals. Soon, Nilneas became a fronteir town, the last Han controlled outpost before the Fundren. Many Suado and Han travel to Nilneas to sell their wares so that they may then be brought to Vertisa or to Arborel. Nilneas is now mostly Han, with the remaining Suado more Han in nature than Suado.

NPCs: we need 6 unique NPCs each with a full back story. Each NPC should have its described behavior for the daytime and nighttime. Each character should also have a list of phrases they say, when they say it, and a phrase they default to when no conditions are met for another phrase. NPCs are a mix of Han and Suado people. Five monsters. Each monster should have a full skillset and rarity index. Behavior and stats will be randomized. Monsters should be fully textured, and animated with a walk/run cycle, physical attack, elemental/magic attack, idle cycle, and faint animation.
